Do you often feel overwhelmed?  Are you exhausted at the end of the day?

Have you ever said, "I need to get a life!"?   How Is the life you're living the abundant life Jesus described?  Do you wonder how you can follow Jesus' command to "feed my sheep" and not lose your self in the process?

In this class we'll explore 1) how God is present in our choices about time, 2) what life would be like without the feeling of being overwhelmed -- and discover how to make the choices that will move you from overwhelm to a-h-h-h....

As a result of this class, you can expect to begin experiencing the valuable results of

making different choices about time
choosing new attitudes about time
defining a more desirable life
being supported in making changes
improving self-care in order to care more effectively for others
